Slowly but surely my weight is going down. A little slower than I want, but I guess about 1-2 lbs a week is very reasonable based on the scientific evidence. I noticed that my weight can also fluctuate each day between 1.5-3lbs. This is very frustrating, but I guess just the way the body works ie. retaining fluids, etc. My next goal is 3 lbs within the next 2-weeks which will bring me down to 185lbs. I still don't exercise due to my knee injuries, but my eating is quite good and no sweet binges. I have not gone off sweets 100%, but would say that I have reduced my intake by 80%. Ice cream, Belgium chocolate and very rich decadent things are my vice and go-to foods in times of stress. I have incorporated regular meditations (20-30) minutes 2-3x/day. I actually do them on busy days on the very crowded trains in Tokyo on my iPhone. I have a number of guided meditations and also use an meditation timer app which is very helpful. The meditation makes me more aware of my feelings and is very relaxing (most of the time).

188.1 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
