Well today finally come, it is in fact October 31, 2015 and yes my weight is 203.2, much better than what it' has been but not the two hundred pounds we were hoping for. Therefore our short term goal is extended until November 3o, 2015 to reach the two hundreds pounds goal. We will update in November 30, 2015 . I am planning to exercise for 3 hours and twenty minutes, after I am done with the library.
203.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 73.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
