birthday weekend is over... its is time to rededicate myself.. i dont feel motivated but qwill force myself to exercise to the dianes tape. weighted in with light weight sweat pants and light shirt at 1:26 after i ate lunch and pop.....deb you can do this just put your mind to it.just start with small steps.debbie started now..do it for yourself.
