Wow, so proud of myself. Finally found something that works for me.
127.4 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Haha no secret at all Big, we are on the same diet. I'm still not out of the overweight stage, still 800g left
