Been off any form of diet for last few weeks, haven't even bothered to keep tabs as it would have been a complete horror story.

Work is *finally* starting to get back to normality, and holiday to Cornwall (land of fish n chips, pasties, cream teas and ice cream - dieting then would never have worked!) is done and dusted. I now have a few clear weeks where I can just get back on the Atkins-esque diet I was doing so well on before.

Lose a stone (14lb) by Xmas? That's the first target I'm setting myself.
