Yay at last my weight is moving down again...the medication for the pinched nerve in my neck I am convinced slowed down my weight loss, but what to do, its a case of take it or suffer, but alas I have an appointment with around 100kgs, keep focus friends and have a great day, its raining in Durban today :-) at last regards to all
318.1 lb Lost so far: 53.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
