Either the scale is faulty or i'm sleepwalking and eating cakes and cookies while doing that... I can for the life of me not explain this one 😡
183.4 lb Lost so far: 120.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What diet are you on? I've just experienced a 0.3 increase of weight not cheating at all. I look at it as a higher gain as I have not lost. However I have noticed while following my LCHF that I go up and down every now and again so am not stressing! If you are also following this eating plan is does happen. Hang in there and be positive it will drop off soon. I see that you have already lost so much and should expect the last couple of Kg's to drop off very slowly :-) You have done a remarkable job so far. Well done!

my weight increased because of water retention after contraceptive injection, and then my weight also increases when its "that time of the month"...

I am experiencing the same frustration at the moment. I have stuck to my programme, yet I am up .5. Why, why, why why why ??????? It is very frustrating. We must just keep going and not give up.
