fck that! my body is stronger than its ever been, ftw fts!
last night wasnt a 'slip up' but a celebration with the bf.
totally ok with this number.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
