After T'Giving, it took me 3 days to dump 2 of the 4 lbs I had gained. We exercised Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday to start the week off.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
