Woke up starving last night: 3, 4, 4, 4, 4, 2 daily. Watch weight. Add a run in weekly.
175.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week
