Slight increase but saw that one coming by a mile.

Two things - one I am going through a rough time and stress is high. Plus, last night we went out for a dinner and ate far later than I normally would.

Following a minimum 20 hour fast today - will push as far as possible.

Then the next couple of days will just try as hard as possible to avoid emotional eating and stick to limits.
119.3 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
