yay, I am so happy I broke through into the 144's down 144.7 so so happy I was dreading a languish around 145 or so, singing Tra la la la la la la la and happy songs. My new short term goal is 140Kg, singing happy songs, actually with out Jesus this would not be possible :-) Thank you Jesus
