A tiny little dip, but I do get happier when it gets me into a new weight zone again. And now that its in the right direction I'm even happier. Ok, I'm still above where I've been but I'm hoping things turn around :)
118.6 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
