Okay, I'm starting a new approach tonight. 3 days a week, I will be on a 1200 calorie, pre-prepared diet regimen from Diet-To-Go. These are the days when I don't have time to cook, and as a result end up buying junk food on campus. The other 4 days, I will try to eat healthy meals. I will also be making small adjustments throughout my day to encourage more walking. I will park further from the parking lot stairs (time permitting). I will skip the elevator and take stairs. I will go on strolls when I have free time. My phone has been tracking my steps and my active time, and it's pretty easy to be more active.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 1.7 lb a week
