Ok not good, I know I ate bad over the weekend but not this bad, about 5 pounds in 2 days? Mondays are my heavy days of the week but dang 5 pounds?! maybe a little water weight, maybe not enough fiber.

Alright back to the grind of the work week, lets see if the weight drops off by Friday with a little more weight. like to 250 on the scale Friday. that would be 1 pound lighter than last week.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sundays are my "days off" from my eating plan, and I really do like to indulge! As a result, my Mondays are usually as much as 3-5 pounds higher than my Saturday morning weigh-in. I think it is partially because my indulgences are very often very high in sodium. But it always starts dropping off again over the next few days as I get back with the program. My overall weight loss might go faster if it wasn't for my Sunday "no-worries" day, but it helps me stay more focused the other 6 days of the week. A girl's gotta live a little! My overall progress isn't *fast* but it's steady. I'm down about 20 pounds since May, 40 pounds since October last year, and down about 60 from my all-time highest weight.

I would have to agree with Ddb. I have one "free" night but still don't go above 500 calories of my current intake, when I do I find the same, it is sodium and so I don't have my free meal anymore before weigh in. Maybe do your free day in the middle of a week that way you have a few days before you see the number. That may help. And remember it takes 7 days to loose weight if you are watching your cals.

i am right there with you. Had a free day yesterday and scale went up 2 lbs. No more free days for me. Good luck to you guys and your weight loss.
