Ok, so 4lb on is pretty crap!
However I have had a double ear infection and could do no exercise for nearly 2 weeks...and YES I will admit i felt a bit sorry for myself and did eat several takeaways!! The 4lb is all my own fault!!
BUT!!! I now have my Mojo back......Wind me up and watch me go.....Those 4lb do not stand a chance!!
Back on it!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
