Having a pinched nerve in my neck is the total and utter pitts,not only is it very painful, but the meds are messing my weight-loss up and me up, there goes my exercising, dog walks and other joys, till this is sorted out, oh the joys, the best part is this is self inflicted by being too clever with some dumb bells. Regardless of all of this I am sticking to my controlled eating plan and remaining on track
322.5 lb Lost so far: 48.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hm, I know all about sill self inflicted injuries, which caused me to be on cortisone. That was terrible. I just could not stop eating and it did a lot of damage. I hope it gets sorted out for you soon. Strongs
