I was very happy to step on the scale this morning and be down 8 lbs. I started going to the gym regularly last week. I still need to work on eating right, but I am doing much better than I have.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 114.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
