So this week has been a bit higilty pigilty,My son has been ill and not been able to go to gym,funny how not going has made me a bit grumpy.I was very happy to hear from work friends that they can see a difference I certainly can feel it in my clothing.

I have also committed to extend my challenge to another 4 weeks as the benefits of my new lifestyle are apparent.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just remember - Life happens. Even though you are committed to a challenge and your new lifestyle, things happen. It's just how you handle it and stay committed. You have done very well so far, and committing to an additional 4 weeks is a huge step to a better you.
