My weight has stablalized again, and back to where i wanted after eating a lot of pizza which threw me off course for a week. i want to be at 106.9 kg in 7 days. lets see what happens
238.5 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
