What the hell!!
Now i am spinning 2 x a week and running 2 x a week but putting on weight at an alarming rate :(

Feeling so dissappointed.
151.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 October 2015:
1225 kcal Fat: 47.41g | Prot: 74.23g | Carb: 124.41g.   Breakfast: Oats Cereal (without Salt, Cooked with Water, Unenriched), Lipton Rooibos Tea, Coffee with Milk, Canderel Stick. Lunch: Lollipops, Greek Salad, Clover Feta Plain, Woolworths Spicy Calamari Tubes. Dinner: Chicken Wrap. Snacks/Other: Naartjie. more...

Don't give up! You just have to figure out what's causing the weight gain. Sore muscles can retain water so that could hold weight on you. I had a look at your food diary and I was blown away! You are consuming way over your RDI by 128%, 166%, 246%, etc. No matter how hard you exercise, you are always going to be in a gaining state due to excess calories. Read my journal to see how I lost over 17kg already without giving up all the bad foods entirely. Always try to stay under your RDI limit but if you incorporate fast days then you can get away with going over 100% and still see a drop in weight. Knowledge is power ;)
