Yay! I gained two pounds. I still haven't picked up a scale of my own, when I do I'll weigh in with that one and get my 'real' starting point.

With Thanksgiving and spending the weekend at Fun City, the two pound weight gain doesn't worry me too much. I was actually quite proud of myself, though my choices weren't always the best but more by the choices I chose not to make. I never got too full during the entire time, so that's a start. I tried not to have too much junk food.

My doctor and I are discussing changes in medications and options for what we find out either way. Since I gained approximately 30 pounds in nearly 5 months, we're mostly just curious to see if with dieting and excercise the weight starts to come off as well as with the changes in some of my other medications had something to do with it. The blood tests all came back normal, which is a start. If I am watching what I am eating and getting more active--and the weight doesn't move down in the next two weeks, we know what the problem is.

Staying active with the leg pain isn't easy though. Some days are better than others. Last night when Heather and I did DDR, we could tell which ones had a lot of jumps by the number of BOO's I got at the end. Even if I did try the jumps, it was way off.

I need to get myself a Wii Fit for Christmas...

I hear you. Physical therapy is the only exercise I get these days.
