I hate when I do really good and don't see a loss and see a gain! I know it has to do with fluctuations, my time of the month, etc. I am seeing a pattern though. After a weekend of really working out and eating healthy, I see gains. But they fall off pretty fast during the next few days. Now I must say if I only weighed on Mondays I would be pretty upset and confused. I am personally glad I weigh every day. I think it might be that wehn I do a lot of exercise, I am still only drinking about what I would normally with the water. I need to drink extra when working out.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
