Gee this weighless diet done on the old style of high veg low veg so many carbs etc is really working for us here, we are weighing out everything to the gram, gee I dropped 600 grams since yesterday, with an average drop of 400 grams since I stated the the new eating regime. I suppose its a case of what works works!!!.
