1997 kcal Fat: 71.05g | Prot: 45.04g | Carb: 268.92g.   Breakfast: Snack a Jacks Caramel Rice Cakes, Honeydew Melons, Canderel Sweetener, Tesco Free From Coconut Milk Drink, Nestle Shreddies. Lunch: Snack a Jacks Salt & Vinegar (22g), Beetroot, Coleslaw, Tesco Finest Moroccan Couscous. Dinner: Bertolli Olive Oil Spread, Tesco Baby New Potatoes, Leeks, Feta Cheese, Co-Op Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Country Choice Belgian White Chocolate and Raspberry Cookie, Mr Kipling Mince Pies. more...
