It's been a while since I have been on this site. In the beginning of this year I had gotten down to around 167 lbs which was my lowest since I was in my early 30s. After getting knee and back injuries I started to binge on sugar products and after a few months my weight was on an upward trajectory and now I am near my top weight again which was 198 lbs.
I am committed to getting back on the wagon as I know I feel so much better when the weight is off. My goal is 177 lbs which is more realistic than my previous goal of 165 lbs as I have a bigger frame. I hope that I have learned from my past mistakes and this time am able to maintain. I managed to maintain it for about a year, but this time hope that it can be permanent as I am so tired of yo-yo-ing.
