Had a bad start to this week and decided to really let it go and see how bad a week could get. Pretty bad apparently, and after all that sweets and food I really feel a little sick. Now to get right back on track and make progress in the right direction...
312.6 lb Lost so far: 62.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
