Well the summer is over and the job hunt begins. I have gained 10lbs spending time with the kids and for once actually enjoying myself.
Here we go wish me luck...
161.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
