How Often Do you weigh yourself?
You should weigh yourself once a week or you will get discouraged if you don't see results. It's a slow process. Also do it first thing in the morning. Since you have been sleeping when you wake up in the morning you are at your truest weight.

P90X "Extreme" 2nd Round !!
I just started p90X and yesterday was plyometrics. I thought I was going to throw up but I did it. How do you enter in the excercise on the site? I started @ 170 and I'm down to 159 m goal is 130 by December. I also doing a very low calorie diet. Good luck
