Totally off the past week. Too stressed out at work, trying to get reports finished and sent off. Have had to skip exercise and am binge eating. Am determined to DO this... and commit to begin again.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
