I behaved as best I could yesterday. I served myself on a smaller plate so I had smaller portions split a desert with my daughter. Its very hard to stay on track during this season but I did my best. I think some of the weight I gained is also water rentention because according to the scale my %water is much higher than it was the last time I weighed this much. I figured most of the weight I lost while I was really sick would eventually catch up with me and it has. But, I'm not going to let a minor set back cause me to give up because that would just make things worse. Unfortuneately I can't work out at the gym just yet because I won't get my car back until either Saturday or Sunday so for now I have to get creative. But, come next week I'm going to start going more regularly again. Its been dificult finding time to go because my schedule is getting more busy everyday but even if I have to make myself go late at night I'll start getting back into the routine of going to the gym again. My goal for next month is to get below 180lbs so I can be more than half way to my final goal for the new year. I am determined to reach my goal. No matter how many set backs I encounter I will get up and go for it again.
