Setelah 4 bulan lebih pandai dalam memilih makanan yang sehat...maka BMI sudah 25.15 atau mendekati normal. Bilamana BMI sudah mencapai angka normal....maka target berat badan diubah menjadi lebih rendah lagi guna memperoleh berat badan tidak hanya normal dari segi BMI, namun ideal untuk dipandang. Tetap semangat.
