Stayed up really late watching DVR stuff & movie after. A nap is in the future today. I checked my BMI online and it's 26.9. I'd need to get down to 119 (9.5 more lbs) to get down to a BMI of 24.9. Normal BMI range is "18.5–24.9". Something to consider, but happy that my BMI is no longer in the 30's.
