I have no one to blame but myself. I went a week without my Thyroid medication and did not think for one minute about the fact that my metabolism stops when I am not on it...

My weight is very sticky at the moment, but I am happy with what my body is doing. I am tightening up, which is always good.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
