Well It's true you can eat out and stay within you calories for the day. Lost a little more but still a pound heavier than before my off day. .. BUT I am down a pound consistently from my starting weight... SWEET... only 19 more to go... however, doing P90X I expect to have up days and down days due to the intensity of the work outs,, Have no fear eventually your body will get clue and adjust accordingly...
234.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
