a week and a half and i only lost 0.4 pounds. and that's the day after hot yoga and sweating out gallons of water. that's upsetting. i feel thinner, but the numbers aren't reflecting it.
oh well, trudge on.

It's possible that you're building muscle at the same time as shedding fat and water. Muscle is very dense/heavy compared to fat, so gaining even a little bit can cause you not to see the weight loss you were hoping for. The good news is that once you build up muscle, the fat will start FLYING off, because muscle also burns a lot of calories!
