I feel like I did pretty well overall this week. Still struggling with my food journal and getting enough water. Overall did better with food choices and getting water in... still need to work on both!

I wasn't certain I would see a change this week because I didn't get enough water about half of the days and I had two days w/a meal I didn't want to try and count up... might have been scary. I've also found that I'm not as easily tempted as I thought. The other day my son and Hubby had some cheese puffs with their dinner and I managed to just eat one small one to satisfy the salty fix and then I went on to healthier things... yeah for me!

I was grateful to see the lbs lost as I needed the motivation to continue this morning.
192.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
