As far as week one is going I am doing well on the whole, I am excited, I am enthusiastic, I care. I am very hopeful for a change. I put my measurement's on the forum page because Adobe would not let me put it where the others put there's. I also put my height there and here on my fat secret page. I will most likely have to put everything here in the journal except some of it I may put in a regular notebook, but, at least I will put it down and try my best to follow it and I plan to even do better than that at it. I want to be accountable to myself and look at the highs and lows and see what works and what does not. I am looking forward to everything, losing weight being the top of the goal, so long I have been wanting to stick to something, I am sure this will be it.
