Wow, my weight loss was stagnant for awhile but this last week or so I have been dropping again! I just focus on health and clean eating and let the weight loss happen when it wants to - but sure rewarding when it does! I can't believe I will soon be under 200 lbs again for the first time in decades! Feeling blessed :)
202.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
