Doing well.. Last night tried the a new veggie reciepe.. the Sweet potato which was really good... and then Muschrooms and spinach fritatta.... IT was yummy...
Keeping on track that is the one good thing. I am having a cup of coffee today, but using agave sweetener instead of processed sugar... just making little changes in my life seem to be working.
