Yesterday was great until I made it to the gym, did a moderate work out to get back into the swing of things and it kicked my appetite into overdrive. So I ate two servings of dinner when one should have been enough.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
