For my challenge , yesterday I walked for two hours and five minutes. So I passed day two of period one. Today is September 19, 2015 I exercised for one hour. perhaps later I will go to the park, perhaps. This morning I weighed 207 pounds and 4 ounces.
207.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 77.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
