Major blowout last weekend - boyf and his 2 friends joint 40th bday party. Buffet and lots of beer. Needless to say I carbed up but have lost all that and ,aybe a smidge more. Old fashioned bathroom scales couldn't decide if I was 143-144 lbs so I'm taking an average!

Didn't record properly last week as too busy with work. Feel I'm eating too many low carb recipes: courgette slice, quiche, MIMs without considering what they contain. Also eating an Atkins chocolate bar everyday, need to cut that down to emergencies only. Need to get back on it, might lose a little more a little quicker to reach my first goal of 133 lbs.
143.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
