Full blown marathon trainning... I've been eating whatever I want and love it. My legs look great and muscular and my abs are lean. I'm buring sooooo many calories trainning! This past Sunday I ran a long run - 19 miles - and burned almost 1800 calories. My diet isn't really a convern right now, only eating the right kinds of foods. I've also been following Kim Snyder's Beatry Detox Solution, which consists of holistic eating with glowing green smoothies for breakfast, lots and lots of fruits and veggies. Feeling pretty good!
