I just ran my first marathon in 10/10/10 (Chicago baby!) and it rocked! The trainning was not that hard, and I didn't have to count calories at all... I was burning so much fuel that I was basically eating anything and everything I wanted all summer long, and in the best shape ever! I gained about 5 lbs since training so now losing it has been a bit of an annoyance more than anything. Sometimes I feel a little obsesive about the calorie counting, but it does work! My goal is to look like I have lean legs because my abs don't ever get the fat... only the butt and thighs. So... now I want to get down to 120 but I put my goal as 118 so I can try extra hard and not slack. Every time I get to 121 now, I tend to go out, drink eat and be merry then gain back to 124. It's the Holidays, but I will get there by end of Jan for sure... probably sooner than that. I will be training for another marathon soon enough =)
