I have really been good just eating fruits and veggies. I have been coming up with new ways to cook cabbage and cauliflower and I love it. I am steadily losing weight.
296.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.0 lb a week
