I am only going to get excited after a week, but the scale was liking me today.

Being back in the gym for a week and a half, I can already feel my body reshaping itself again.

I must admit that this week I have felt weak while working out, but with now exercising in the mornings and changing my diet in the same week, I am giving myself a break.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
