Don't drink with meals! I swear it works. Try to drink a cup of water or a little less every 20 minutes, and when you eat, don't drink with your meal. After you're finished, only drink a little bit of water AFTER your meal if you REALLY feel like you're dying of thirst. After that, wait an hour before drinking water again. It works even better if you don't drink 30 minutes before your meal as well, but I got used to it first before drinking a little bit of water before my meal.. I still follow the wait an hour before drinking anything else after my meal.
I also like to eat on small plates, such as a dessert plate and make sure 50% of my meal is lean protein. I've been on this since the 1st and still had no problems with it, my hunger went down a huge amount the first day I tried it. Also when you're eating, chew each bite twenty times and only small bites the size of a quarter. I hope it works with everyone else like it did with me, because this is the first time in my life since my hunger hasn't been a problem for me and I can follow what I'm supposed to do.

Not sure how that water thing works for you, but if it does great. I workout a lot and need to stay hydrated all day. Eating on a smaller plate is a great idea and protein is the way to stay satiated. Glad you found what works for you!
