I am ready to feel healthy again. I'm tired of feeling soft and pudgy. I like feeling lean and thin. I'm excited to get back to that feeling. It takes advance preparation and planning to get that feeling back.
154.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
