This is one year today from the day I got fed up (literally) and joined a gym, and got my diet right. Its been a great journey. Start weight was 225.1 Todays weight 174.3. Start body fat 33.1 Todays body fat 23.7 Will be 60 next month - feeling 20 years younger.It came off fast at the start but slow and consistant for the second 25 lbs. Pants size was 40 - waist today is 34. Headed for Body Pump and cycle this morning. Never give up - Don't be in a hurry - Eat clean real foods - Observe portion control.
174.3 lb Lost so far: 51.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

Fantastic! We have similar attitudes and goals. I already am 60 and continuing t work on weight training and fat loss.
